Aju Vägi is a complex of vitamins, plants and nutrients to support long and short memory work.

The brain is an organ that regulates many body functions, interprets information and processes emotions. In addition, the brain is also responsible for our memory, creativity and intelligence. In order for the brain to perform all these functions smoothly, it needs nutrients, which may not be enough in today's diet, stress and busy lifestyle. The Aju Vägi product was created to support the functions of our brain on a daily basis, including long and short-term memory, with vitamins, minerals and substances obtained from plants that are important for the brain.

Niacin (vitamin B3) and magnesium contribute to normal psychological functions and the functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance.
Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy exchange and homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamins B9 and B12 participate in the process of brain cell division and in reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

INGREDIENTS: CDP-choline or citicoline; glazing agent: pullulan (vegetable capsule); Asian water navel or Gotu Kola ( Centella asiatica ) extract 10:1; Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera D . ) KSM-66 root extract, containing 5% withanolides; Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.) extract , containing 50% bacosides; magnesium diglycinate; beet root powder ( Beta vulgaris L.); hawthorn berries (Crataegus laevigata) extract, containing 10% flavonoids; glutathione; NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine); nicotinamide (vitamin B3); pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (vitamin B6); calcium-L-methylfolate (vitamin B9); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12); L-selenomethionine (selenium).

ADMINISTRATION: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. The food supplement is not used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle.
