Myprotein's Casein Protein micellar casein is designed to provide maximum saturation of the body with high-quality, slow-digesting proteins from natural cow's milk.

The production of micellar protein is a special process that requires compliance with certain conditions and the use of modern equipment. Satiety and lack of hunger, as well as muscle nutrition at the cellular level, continue for a long time. This feature makes casein an excellent supplement before bed or between meals. Composition and application

How to use: add 200-300ml of water or milk to our shaker (the less liquid, the thicker your cocktail will be). Then add 1.5 large spoons of the product (30g), mix and drink.
