Description

This complex is designed for people who have difficulty gaining weight despite intensive nutrition and training. People with a particularly fast metabolism and a very busy day that goes by very quickly need a set of additional calories, but often do not have time to eat enough to maintain muscle mass. Each serving, mixed with 2 glasses of milk with a fat content of 1% provides 1270 calories, 46 grams of protein, 255 grams of carbohydrates and 7.5 grams of healthy fats. The product is developed from complete foods and generously contains amino acids of branched chains, essential amino acids, glutamine and other amino acids that are necessary for muscle growth and recovery.

Composition and application

How to use: Pour 480ml of water or low-fat milk into a blender or shaker, add 1 serving (4 measuring spoons) of the product and mix for 20-30 seconds. Drink two shakes per day. When preparing a shake, always pour in the liquid first, then add the powder.
