Description

This is a food supplement containing a chelated form of magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate, supplemented with vitamin B6. In this form, magnesium is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine, which promotes better absorption and a gentle effect on the digestive system. Magnesium is a key mineral involved in the functioning of the nervous system, maintaining normal muscle tone, energy metabolism and bone health. Vitamin B6 complements the action of magnesium, improving its absorption and supporting the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Recommended as an additional source of magnesium, especially with increased physical or mental stress, stress, as well as to maintain the cardiovascular system and reduce fatigue.
