Lingonberry extract is the right choice if you want to support and maintain the best health of your bones. The older we get, the more fragile and weaker our bones become. How to use: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) of extract straight in or add to yogurt, smoothie and consume 2x a day. Shake before use. Store the opened bottle in a dark and cool place at 4°C-10°C (refrigerator). The opened bottle will be stored in the refrigerator for 30 days. NB! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children! For best results, we recommend taking at least one health course containing 2 extract bottles. We recommend repeating the health course 4-6 times a year according to how you feel.
