Ingredients: Lupin flour, coconut flour, flax seeds, peanut flour, sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, pumpkin seeds, basil seed flour, almonds, Himalayan pink salt, guar gum, leavening agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate).
Preparation will require:
- Baking mix
- 300 ml of hot water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 70 g coconut or olive oil
- 4 eggs
Method of Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix the coconut oil or olive oil with the hot water until smooth.
3. Add the baking mix, then beat with a spoon or mixer on low speed.

4. Crack 4 eggs into the batter and beat until smooth.
5. Set the batter aside for 10 minutes and wait for it to thicken. Then add the vinegar or lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
6. Form a loaf 5 cm high and make 3 thin incisions in the top.
7. Transfer the prepared bread to a baking tray. Bake for 50-55 minutes, using the fan function for even baking.
8. Finally, pierce the loaf with a toothpick to check if it has become dry inside.
