Directions for use:
15 minutes before breakfast, mix 1 scoop (5g) with 180-250 ml of cold water. Take one serving within 2 days to assess tolerance. After a couple of days, if everything is in order, the rate can be increased to two scoops. The optimal time to take the second portion of The Ripper is 5-6 hours after the first scoop is consumed.
