ICONFIT RECO is a mixture of recovery drinks developed and produced in Estonia. It contains 1: 1 protein and carbohydrates and 5% high quality micronized creatine. Use right after a workout and you will get a decent amount of protein for muscle recovery and development, and you will restore energy levels with carbohydrates.

ICONFIT RECO is a 1: 1 blend of protein and carbohydrates and 5% high quality micronized creatine. The protein is provided by a high quality and rapidly dissolving whey protein concentrate and the carbohydrates come from a combination of maltodextrin and dextrose.

We also added 5% high quality micronized creatine to help develop strength and explosive power. This way you get the maximum result from your workouts. Use immediately after a workout and you will get a decent amount of protein for muscle recovery and development, and you will restore energy levels with carbohydrates.

Manufacture

Pour into the shaker first approx. 400ml of water. Add 2 tablespoons (70g in total) of RECO mixture, close the shaker tightly and shake for approx. 10 seconds until uniform dissolution.
