ICONFIT reduced-fat Chia meal is a useful high-protein, high-fiber superfood. Ideal for addition to smoothies, pastries and other foods.
ICONFIT Chia flour with reduced fat content. If otherwise the Chia seeds have a fat content of more than 30%, then the ICONFIT Chia flour is first cold-pressed out of the excess fat and the rest is ground to a healthy chia flour with only 10% fat content.

Rich in nutrients and gluten-free, chiaja flour is good to use in pastries and smoothies. Due to its higher water-binding properties, it also acts as a natural thickener and stabilizer. In bread dough, it contributes to the softer bread structure and the stability of the dough rise significantly better than ordinary wheat flour.
Also recommended is a dessert recipe that is fairly sweet but has no added sugar. A dessert that is healthy and nourishes the stomach as it is high in fiber. This protein-rich pudding is sweetened with ripe bananas. Chocolate-flavored protein powder and dark chocolate make this dessert a favorite of chocolate fans. The aftertaste of the nut gives peanut butter. Ideal for a snack or to satisfy a sweet tooth. Thanks to the fiber in the Chia powder, the pudding keeps the stomach full for a long time.

Put all ingredients in a blender and process evenly. If there is no blender, the work can also be done with a hand blender. Pour into a glass jar or glass, for example, and let it stand for a while in the refrigerator. Serve it with fresh strawberries, but if you want an extra sweet snack, why not garnish with caramelized bananas or sprinkle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with roasted salted peanuts or ICONFIT cocoa nibs to add a nice crunch. Let the fantasy fly.
