HAYA LABS Super Enzyme Complex is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets, consisting of a complex of digestive enzymes that are involved in the breakdown and absorption of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Betaine hydrochloride is the acidic form of betaine , a natural source of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. It is a necessary component of the digestion process as it aids in their decomposition and assimilation.

Pancreatin in Super Enzyme Complex contains a complex of three main enzymes - amylase, protease and lipase. The protease acts as a catalyst in the accumulation of protein molecules in food through the chemical reaction of hydrolysis. Meat is one of the foods that takes the longest to digest (between 5 and 24 hours), and this is where protease helps to ease stomach heaviness. In the case of athletes who consume more meat in their diet, the enzyme aids in protein digestion and muscle mass gains. Amylase is an enzyme that promotes the rapid breakdown of complex carbohydrates into simple sugars that are absorbed by the small intestine. Lipaseis a digestive enzyme produced by the pancreas, also known as a gland located behind the abdomen. Lipase is responsible for the breakdown of fat.

The formula includes two other extracts, papaya and pineapple. Bromelain is commonly found in pineapple, while papain is found in papaya. They stimulate protein breakdown. The ingredients are complemented with beef bile extract, a source of cholic acid.
