    Description

Caffeine is a substance that has been well known to everyone for several hundred years in the form of a concentrate compressed into a tablet form. Perhaps, there is no modern person who is not aware of the miraculous properties of caffeine. However, it often happens that one is no longer able to feel the necessary vigor while drinking even several cups of coffee in a row. Then is the right time to try caffeine pills.

Many different studies demonstrate that this substance has a huge potential influence on the human body which is not limited to just giving vigor and replenishing strength. Caffeine benefits have been proven by centuries of using plants containing it in sufficient concentrations, today it is the main legal stimulant and, frankly speaking, a whole separate cultural layer for many inhabitants of the planet.

    More information about the substance

Caffeine is a purine alkaloid contained in coffee, tea and many traditional drinks that has a psychostimulant effect. In its pure form, it looks like white or colorless crystals, bitter in taste and odorless. It can also be found in many plants such as cocoa beans, guarana and coca. Caffeine has been suspected of being an alkaloid since the 17th century.

In 1817, it was first obtained in a mixture with other substances. The discovery was made by a German organic chemist Ferdinand Runge. In 1828, caffeine was obtained in its pure form, thanks to the work of two scientists Cavantu and Pelletier. It was only in 1838 that the alkaloid’s identity from tea, theine and caffeine was proven. In 1902, Hermann Emil Fischer managed to synthesize caffeine for the first time in human history.

    Effects of caffeine

This substance has a lot of discernible properties, which at the same time are possessed by other stimulants of the nervous system. However, it also has a stimulating effect on other body systems. Many of the effects have not yet been properly studied and one can only guess what benefits for the human body this substance hides. Among the effects that caffeine demonstrates, these should be especially noted:

    • Cardiotropic effect. Promotes an increase in the frequency and intensity of contractions of the heart muscle. Increases the total one-time and total systolic volume. Helps to normalize blood pressure of hypotensive patients.
    • Neurotropic effect. The substance has a discernible ability to increase the speed of transmission of nerve impulses through nerve fibers. It results in the acceleration of reaction, increase of attentiveness, reduction of the delay between making a decision and the beginning of any action.
    • Positive impact on cognitive function. Caffeine is good for absolutely all cognitive functions inherent in humans. Speech quality gets accelerated and improved, memory improves, both long-term and short-term learning goes easier than before taking the food supplement.
    • Increase of efficiency. In certain doses, this substance can significantly improve the working capacity, both physical and mental. It is important to note that after a certain period (usually up to 15 hours), a relative decrease in the parameters mentioned above may occur.
    • Gastrotropic effect. Under the influence of caffeine, a significant irritation of the walls of the stomach occurs that begins to secrete digestive juices more intensively. As a result, a desire for food can occur some time after taking the food supplement.

After caffeine is metabolized in the body and its half-life passes, one may feel tired, lethargic, sleepy. A similar effect is especially discernible if the permissible dosage is significantly exceeded during the initial admission. That is why it is recommended to take it in the morning, which you can read in more detail a little below.

    How to take caffeine?

Usually the duration of the course of taking is reduced to 30 - 60 days, however, in some cases, it can be prescribed for longer courses. This food supplement is often prescribed when a person is affected by seasonal influences, such as seasonal lethargy and depression.

The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. The taking process itself is recommended to be carried out once a day, usually in the morning, before breakfast, immediately after the patient wakes up. The capsule must be washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid (up to 250 ml). It is advisable not to drink the medication with carbonated and mineral water, since the bubbles of carbon dioxide contained in it can interfere the normal absorption of the supplement. It is not advisable to exceed the recommended dosage, although in some cases, according to the doctor's prescription, it may be slightly exceeded.

It is absolutely not complicated to buy caffeine on the modern market. However, the quality of the product purchased can often raise significant questions. Therefore, if you plan to get a product of the highest quality and with an affordable price, do not pass our offer by. YOU will be satisfied with the effect and will be able to save a significant amount of money!
