Description

The product contains all the basic vitamins and minerals that a child-bearing woman needs for the full development of the fetus and later during the breastfeeding period. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, women need significantly more vitamins, minerals and microelements, as normal food may not sufficiently cover all needs.

It is especially important to replenish folic acid reserves in a woman's body, which is why well-absorbed bioactive folic acid has been added to the product. Folic acid participates in the process of cell division and contributes to tissue growth in a woman's body during pregnancy. Folic acid also contributes to normal amino acid synthesis, hematopoiesis, homocysteine metabolism and psychological functions. It is recommended to start taking folic acid supplements already when planning a pregnancy, in order to ensure a sufficient supply of folic acid for the early development of the fetus.

INGREDIENTS: magnesium citrate, glazing agent: pullulan (vegetable capsule), vitamin C (calcium-L-ascorbate), calcium in red seaweed powder ( Lithothamnium coralloides ), lutein (source: Tagetes erecta L. extract), iron diglycinate, zinc diglycinate, lactic acid bacteria mixture ( Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum), vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, derived from lichen), niacin (nicotinamide), manganese glycinate, vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acid succinate), vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin-5′ -phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), copper gluconate, folic acid (calcium-L-methylfolate), potassium iodide, D-biotin, L-selenomethionine, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

ADMINISTRATION: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day during or after a meal with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.

Administration scheme: Take 2 capsules of the nutritional supplement a few months before conception and continue with 2 capsules until the 12th week of pregnancy. Then take one capsule a day until the end of the pregnancy. During the breastfeeding period, take 1 capsule per day as a course of 1-3 months and occasionally take a break of a few weeks between courses.
