Description

Ecoshi's "Good Sleep Complex" is a natural tool for normalizing the quality of sleep. Well-known sleep-promoting plants such as red passion flower, hops, ashwagandha, chamomile and valerian, and amino acids such as L-tryptophan, glycine, L-arginine and melatonin support faster sleep, help maintain a long and healthy sleep cycle and relax the mind.

Good sleep complex:

The amino acid L-tryptophan in the product is a precursor for the synthesis of the happiness hormone serotonin. Glycine is an amino acid that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce mental stress. The Ashwagandha plant promotes balance in the body, supports good sleep and relaxation. Red passion flower increases the body's resistance to stress, and hops have relaxing properties. Chamomile helps to support relaxation and normal and healthy sleep. Valerian also helps to promote sleep. The amino acid L-arginine helps transport oxygen to the blood, and melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
