Our pasta is made from the very core (heart) of the Bactris Gasipaes palm tree. A series of new gluten-free pastas that are perfect for vegetarians and vegans. Include them in your diet and feel the difference! Noodle provides a quick and healthy alternative to conventional wheat noodles and soybean based noodles, delicious served in an Asian vegetable soup or fried with vegetables.

How is palm heart pasta different from traditional egg pasta?
Classic egg macron contains gluten, which is mainly found in the cereal flour used to make pasta. Our palm heart pasta does not contain gluten, we only use the heart of the "core" of young undeveloped palm leaves to produce pasta. We do not add other ingredients that may contain gluten so harmful to the human body. Consuming gluten is especially not recommended in the case of illness such as Hashimoto's
