    Cissus and How to Correctly Take It

    When taking Cissus supplements, it is recommended to reduce the consumption of salty foods. Avoid taking Cissus before workouts. Most people prefer Cissus in capsules since the powder has a bitter taste.

    Directions for use: Take 2 capsules of Cissus quadrangularis 3 times a day before meals for a month. Repeat the course after 6 months. Do not exceed 3.2 g per day. The effect may vary from person to person.
