How to use BioTechUSA Tortilla Baking Mix?
Preparing the dough: Measure 75 g of the flour mixture into a mixing bowl, add 3 g of dried yeast and stir well. Finally, add 62 g of lukewarm water and 7 g of oil, and knead it thoroughly. Let the dough rest in a warm place (~27-30 C°) for 30 minutes, then knead it again on a floured surface.
Preparing one piece of pita: Roll out the dough to 12.5 cm wide and 1 cm thick. Bake one side of the pita for 6-8 minutes in an oven preheated to 230 degrees, then the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Preparing two tortillas: Roll out the dough to 24 cm wide and 2-3 mm thick. Bake the tortillas for 2-3 minutes in a hot pan. After preparation, consume within one day.
Store product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, consume within 6 months.
Ingridients: Rice flour, sunflower seed flour, corn starch, bamboo fibre, psyllium husk powder (from Plantago ovata seed), salt, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract, oregano.
