NRV - reference daily intake for an adult

Usage: Pour the powder directly into the mouth or mix in a glass (200-300 ml) of water and drink. For adults 1 pack, for children aged 2-6 years 1/4 pack, for children aged 6-12 1/2 pack per day after meals. It is not recommended to use it on an empty stomach and before breakfast!

Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, natural lemon flavor
