Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a scientifically well-studied medicinal plant which root extract has been shown to relieve mild nervous tension.
Linden (Tilia platyphyllos) is mostly used for colds. In addition, it has been recommended to be used as a herbal remedy for relieving the milder symptoms of mental stress.
Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) is usually used for heart problems such as irregular heartbeat. The European Medicines Agency recommends hawthorn be used not only to relieve temporary symptomatic symptoms (e.g palpitations) but also to relieve mild stress symptoms and improve sleep.
The red passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a soothing herb that the European Medicines Agency recommends as a traditional herbal medicine to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and sleep disorders.
Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions. It also helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients: valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root and rhizome dry extract, linden (Tilia platyphyllos) flower dry extract, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) leaves and flowers dry extract, hydroxyprpylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) flowers dry extract, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

The product does not contain:

artificial flavors, flavorings or preservatives, food colors, sweeteners, sugar, or genetically modified ingredients.

How to use it?

For adults (from 18 years old): Take two hard capsules with a half glass of water in the morning and evening 20-30 minutes before eating. Recommended length of time to take Relax capsules is 2-3 months. Usage of capsules during pregnancy or breastfeeding are not recommended due to insufficient research.
