Composition and application

Ingredients: Amix™ Protein Blend 22,3 % (milk protein isolate and concentrate, whey protein concentrate); dark chocolate with sweetener 21,7 % (sweetener: maltitol, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soya lecithin and E476); sweeteners: maltitol sirup, maltitol powder and sucralosa; humectant: glycerol; vegetable fat (shea oil , palm kernel oil, palm oil in different rations); peanuts 7,6 %, filling: polydextrose; stabilizer: collagen hydrolyzate; caramelised milk powder 2,4 % (skim milk, sugar, cream, butter milk), soya crispies with cocoa 2,2 % (soya protein, rice semolina, sugar, cocoa powder, soya flour, salt, aroma); almonds kernel 0,7 %, emulsifier: soya lecithin; aroma, sodium chloride; acidity regulator: citric acid; antioxidant: mix tocopherols D.
