Description

KSM-66 Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is the flagship herb of Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. Ashwagandha promotes balance in the body. It is an adaptogenic herb that helps the body successfully adapt to stressful conditions.

Ashwagandha is one of the few herbs with effects on both psychological and physiological aspects.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal levels of testosterone in the blood.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system which, in combination with other vitamins such as B2, B3, B6 and B12, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal function of the heart.

Composition and application

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules.
