Description

It is a dietary supplement containing a unique form of L-tryptophan, obtained through a patented process that combines free form of L-tryptophan with peptides isolated from fresh whey using advanced fractionation and separation technologies. It is a “good mood” hormone, since it is from it that serotonin is produced.

Ingredients

Ingredients: PepForm^® tryptophan peptides (whey peptides /from milk/, L-tryptophan), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate), anticaking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Recommended dosage: For people with body weight up to 80 kg take 2 capsules daily and for those above 80 kg of body weight take 4 capsules daily. Take half of the dosage (1 or 2 capsules depending on your body weight) after training and the other half of the dosage (1 or 2 capsules depending on your body weight) before bedtime Wash down with plenty of water.
