Composition and application

How to use: Mix 1 scoop (33 g) of Smooth-8™ protein with 200 ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Shake for 30 seconds using a blender or hand shaker. Take 2-5 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein and carbohydrate needs.
