Description

AMIX Micellar Caseine is a form of casein that is produced from milk using gentle micro- and ultra-filtration methods without the use of acids or heating, which allows preserving the natural structure of the protein.

Casein is a complex protein found in milk. It is also called slow protein. Sometimes slower is better, especially when it comes to the rate at which protein is absorbed. While fast-absorbing protein is needed immediately before and after a workout, slow release is desirable at other times.

The slow and sustained release of amino acids from micellar casein can last for up to 7 hours after ingestion. So micellar casein is a good choice of protein before bed, as the high anti-catabolic protein is slowly released into the system throughout the night.

Composition and application

How to use: Mix 2 tablespoons of AMIX micellar casein with 250-300 ml of cold water or skim milk. Use a blender or shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Preferably use before bedtime. To change the taste and sweetness of the drink, change the amount of water.

Ingredients: MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE (80% MILK MICELLAR CASEIN, 20% MILK WHEY), cocoa powder (chocolate flavor only), flavoring, stabilizer: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; beetroot juice (strawberry and forest fruit flavor); patented digestive enzymes DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (amylase, lipase, lactase, cellulase and neutral bacterial protease), sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K.
