Description

A delicious dietary supplement containing 100% easily absorbed form of magnesium, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, combined with vitamin B3 - niacin and vitamin B6. The chelated form of minerals is natural to the human body. It is absorbed very easily and quickly. Positively affects the overall usefulness of minerals and especially their effectiveness.

Composition and application

How to use: Mix 7 g (1 sachet) with 200 ml of water and drink before training or before bedtime.
