GreenDay Lute-IN dietary supplement contains lutein, which is a natural fat-soluble carotenoid found in vegetables and fruits. This is a yellow pigment related to ordinary xanthophylls. Xanthophylls play a vital role in the process of photosynthesis. Lutein and its isomer, zeaxanthin, often occur together, and lutein can be converted to zeaxanthin in serum. Therefore, it is especially important to consume this essential carotenoid to keep your eyes as healthy as possible.

How to use: Take 1 capsule with food. Wash down with plenty of water.
