Description

This is a dietary supplement made from fish oil, which is a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision. When combined, EPA and DHA promote normal heart function. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered “essential” because our bodies are unable to produce them on their own and therefore must be obtained daily through diet or supplements. The essential fatty acid DHA mainly helps support normal brain function, vision and heart health, while the fatty acid EPA plays a critical role in maintaining our heart health. The combination of EPA and DHA promotes normal heart function, regulates triglycerides and cholesterol, improves brain function, has interesting anti-inflammatory effects, and may also help eye health.
