Properties of strawberries:

Low calorie - ideal part of a weight loss diet contain about 30 calories per 100g.
A number of vitamins and minerals - vitamins of the B group (B1,B2), as well as A and PP. It has more vitamin C than citrus fruit (120% of the daily requirement in adults), and is a valuable source of iron, calcium, potassium, as well as a source of magnesium and manganese.
