Dry brushing exfoliates your skin and makes it softer and smoother. The brush is intended for use on dry skin. Use the brush before showering. Brush dry skin with circular motions. Always brush from bottom to top towards the heart. Start brushing from the ankles and move upwards. Dry brush daily or once a week: The process takes about 15 minutes. For best results, dry brush every day, preferably in the morning. To reduce/remove cellulite, you should brush the areas twice a day for 5–10 minutes. Warning: Be careful when brushing sensitive or damaged skin. Moisturise your body after brushing and washing. The body cream is better absorbed into the skin even after dry brushing.
