Description

Magnesium B6 Forte is a product containing magnesium and vitamin B6. Designed for adults, including physically active ones. The use of the product is recommended during periods of intense physical activity, therefore we recommend it to all athletes.

Magnesium citrate combines magnesium carbonate and citric acid. The combination of these two compounds makes it one of the most absorbable forms of this element! Its main advantage is that it is easily absorbed even by people who have problems with the secretion of stomach acid.
The addition of vitamin B6 increases the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract by 20-40%, facilitating transport to the body's cells and maintaining its intracellular reserves at an optimal level.

An intense lifestyle, stimulants and excessive stress significantly contribute to magnesium deficiency in the body. This can have negative health consequences because magnesium is actively involved in many important body functions. Low levels can cause muscle weakness, fatigue, poor concentration, as well as increased hair loss and brittle nails.

Composition and application

How to use: Take 1 tablet twice a day with 250 ml of water.

Ingredients: magnesium citrate (magnesium salts of citric acid), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
