Nor do you have to take any of the other ingredients TURBO RIPPER provides in one single serving: Catechin rich Green Tea extract; Tyrosine that is the precursor to many important hormones and neurotransmitters; or Bitter Orange extract standardized for Synephrine. Directions

Start with 1-2 caps 1-2 times a day to assess stimulant tolerance! A full serving is 4 capsules a day. Cycle usage: use for 8-12 weeks, then take at least 2 weeks of. Avoid any other sources of stimulants while using! This product provides a sustained release of Caffeine for approximately 4 hours after taking! Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.

Acetyl-L-carnitine 41%, L-Tyrosine 28%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], caffeine anhydrous 5.2%, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract 5.0%, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens) fruit extract 1.4%. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, celery, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
