Naturally found in meat, fish and eggs, it is a semi essential amino acid that the body is only able to make in small amounts, so we must get it from our diet. Our 100% pure glutamine powder is a very convenient, cost-effective solution to this.

100% GLUTAMINE. Food supplement. Unflavored L-glutamine ready-to-mix powder. Vegan suitable. Ingredients: 100% L-glutamine. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, egg and nuts.

Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (5 g powder) with 200 ml cold water or juice. On training days take 1–2 servings per day, one after workout and another before bedtime. On non-training days take 1–2 servings per day, one between meals and another before bedtime.
