Glucosamine + MSM + Chondroitin 90 tabs is a dietary nutrient supplementing the daily diet with glucosamine, MSM and chondroitin - three well-known and effective ingredients whose task is to keep the joints in good condition.

Glucosamine is a substance that builds compounds found in joint cartilage. During periods of increased physical activity, increased load on joints, overweight and the elderly, the body produces less glucosamine than it needs. The lack of this substance means that the joints do not perfume their functions properly. Providing the body with an appropriate source of glucosamine supports joint cartilage.

Chondroitin is a chemical compound belonging to mucopolysaccharides. It consists of glucuronic acid and N-acetylgalactosamine. This substance is endogenous, and is therefore produced by our body. The main place of its occurrence is articular cartilage. The most effective is chondroitin in the form of sulphate. This relationship is very important because it is involved in eliminating the feeling of friction between articular surfaces. In addition, chondroitin in a natural way supports the production of synovial fluid, which is responsible for the proper functioning of the joints. Thanks to this, their structure is not destroyed, and the quality of transport is still at the correct level. OstroVit Glucosamine + MSM + Chondroitin is recommended especially for the elderly, as well as for athletes struggling with injuries.

MSM or methylsulfonylmethane is an organic sulfur compound. Like glucosamine, it is often recommended in case of problems with joints. In addition, sulfur also participates in the synthesis of collagen and keratin. These substances are necessary for maintaining strong and healthy hair, skin and nails.

Ingredients: Glucosamine sulfate 2KCL (from Crustaceans) Methylsulfonylmethane, bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose: Chonoroitin sulfate, Anticaking agents: Magnesium salts of faitty acids, silicon dioxide, product may contain milk (Including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, fish.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving (2 tablets) daily, preferably in the morning.
