Docosahexaenoic acid DHA from fish oil is a polyunsaturated fatty acid from the group of omega-3 fatty acids. It belongs to the essential but exogenous fatty acids - our body does not produce it on its own. Therefore, we must get enough of it from foods rich in fatty acids. Its sources are algae, fatty fish and eggs. DHA acids primarily contribute to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble so-called “sun vitamin”. - mainly synthesized in our skin under the influence of sunlight. It needs to be supported by sunlight, especially in autumn and winter when there is little sunlight. Among other things, it is responsible for maintaining the correct level of calcium in the blood and calcium-phosphate balance, and therefore for the health of bones, teeth and muscles. In addition, it supports the proper functioning of the immune system.

Composition and application

How to use : Adults under 75 years of age - 1 serving (1 capsule) per day, adults over 75 years of age - 1 serving (2 capsules) per day, preferably after meals. Drink plenty of water. Before use, it is recommended to take a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult your doctor or pharmacist about the test results. The product is intended for adults.

Ingredients: Fish oil, capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerin; purified water), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
