Description

Iron diglycinate is a form of iron salt with good absorption and bioavailability, where iron is bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. As a result, the iron molecule has a neutral charge and does not interfere with the absorption of other nutrients. Compared to other inorganic iron salts, iron diglycinate causes fewer digestive disorders and is therefore more suitable for people with a more sensitive stomach. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the transport of oxygen in the body. Iron also helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

For even better absorption of non-heme iron, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) has been added to the capsule. Vitamin C is a good antioxidant and, like iron, helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. We have also added a natural component to our product, which is the garden parsley herb grown and dried in Estonia. Parsley ( Petroselinum crispum ) is a biennial herb that is primarily known as a bed herb. In its composition, parsley contains plenty of vitamins C, K and A, as well as minerals calcium, iron, magnesium and folate.

Iron (45 mg) with vitamin C and parsley is suitable for use:

Iron diglycinate (Ferrochel™), L-ascorbic acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), Estonian garden parsley ( Petroselinum crispum ) powder, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

No artificial fragrances, flavors, preservatives, food colors, sweeteners, added sugar, gluten, fish, soy, egg, lactose, nuts, sulfites, or genetically modified ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

For adults (from 18 years of age) 1 capsule a day with water. To achieve the best absorption, it is recommended to take the capsule on an empty stomach. Avoid consuming tea, coffee, dairy products and/or other preparations containing calcium 2 hours before and after taking the capsule.
