INGREDIENTS:

Dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) roots and rhizomes, dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), dry extract of common hop (Humulus lupulus) inflorescences, dry extract of cattle heart grass (Leonurus cardiaca), dry extract of the herb of common heather (Calluna vulgaris) dry extract of inflorescences, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

No artificial fragrances, flavors and preservatives, food colors, sweeteners, sugar, wheat, gluten or genetically modified ingredients.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

The product is intended for adults (from the age of 18). Take two GoodNightSleep capsules with half a glass of water every night at the same time one hour before going to bed. While taking the capsules, also observe sleep hygiene. The recommended course length is 40 days. Use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
