Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7. It is obtained from both plant and animal foods. To a small extent, biotin is also produced by our own microflora. Biotin plays an important role in the metabolic processes of fats, carbohydrates and amino acids.

Biotin is important for hair, skin and mucous membranes as it helps to keep them normal. In addition, it contributes to normal energy exchange, the functioning of the nervous system, the metabolism of macronutrients and contributes to psychological functions.

Usage: For adults (from the age of 18) 1 tablet a day with water.

INGREDIENTS: Dicalcium phosphate (bulk), microcrystalline cellulose (bulk), D-biotin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (tablet coating), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: artificial fragrances, flavors and preservatives, food colors, sweeteners, sugar, gluten, fish, soy, egg, lactose, nuts, sulphites or genetically modified ingredients.
