Description

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like enzyme in the body that is found in all body cells, but especially in the heart, muscles and nervous system.
Ubiquinone and ubiquinol are both different forms of coenzyme Q10 that work synergistically and complement each other. Together, they help maintain the level of coenzyme Q10 in the body and optimize its effect.

The main difference between the two forms of Q10, ubiquinone and ubiquinol, is the level of reduction of the molecule. Ubiquinone is the oxidized form of coenzyme Q10 and ubiquinol is the active reduced form.

Both forms of coenzyme Q10 are found naturally both in food and in the human body. However, most of the Q10 coenzyme obtained from food and supplements is ubiquinone. In the intestinal wall and liver, ubiquinone is converted to ubiquinol, the active reduced form of coenzyme Q10. Active ubiquinol can be used by the body immediately and easily. Ecosh uses high-quality KANEKA UBIQUINOL™ stabilized ubiquinol raw material in its product, which is bioidentical to coenzyme Q10 produced in the body.

Composition and application

DAILY DOSE CONTAINS	1 capsule
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone)	70 mg
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol)	30 mg

INGREDIENTS: bulking agent: rice flour, glazing agent: pullulan (vegetable capsule), coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol, KANEKA UBIQUINOL™ stabilized powder).

ADMINISTRATION: 1 capsule per day with food, preferably in the morning.
Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. The food supplement is not used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children.

The effect of coenzyme Q10 begins to appear after 2-4 weeks of consumption, until the necessary level of its concentration in the body is reached. The absorption of vitamin Q10 is facilitated by the simultaneous use of products containing fats.
