Composition and application

Suggested daily dosage: 1/2 teaspoon or 1 gram once or twice per day. Add to a glass of hot (not boiling) or cold water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool dry place out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
