Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance of the human body. Its main part is located in the skin, in the fluid between the joints and in the eyeball. The body itself produces hyaluronic acid and uses it as a lubricant for joints and as a moisture level maintainer for the skin. About 50% of the body's hyaluronic acid is located in the skin. Over time, the level of hyaluronic acid in our body naturally decreases — the skin begins to dry, peel, cover with fine wrinkles, wither and slough. Intraocular pressure also increases, joint disorders occur. Hyaluronic acid slows down the keratinization of skin cells, removes toxins and metabolic products, restores the moisture level and elasticity of the skin, prevents the formation of wrinkles and other signs of aging.

Collagen - from around the age of 25, the human body starts to lose approx. 1.5% natural collagen. At the age of 35, approx. 15%, and by the age of 45, up to 30% of collagen is missing. The renewal of the intercellular substance of the dermis slows down, the cells lose moisture, therefore the organism begins to age and its functions fade. As soon as the body loses its ability to produce collagen, it is firstly reflected in the condition of the skin.
