ICONFIT Real Hydro Whey is an exceptionally high whey protein with DH25% hydrolysis!

Usually only Hydro whey protein is offered by name, but the packaging does not state that the level of hydrolysis of this cheaper product is only 2-5% - so you get a cheaper product that does not have a better effect.

Composition and application

Usage:
Use it 1x immediately after or at the end of your workout and a second time sometime during the day. Due to the high level of hydrolysis, Real Hydro Whey has the greatest effect at the end of training, when the body is most receptive to protein and uses it for muscle regeneration and development. Pour 150ml of water into the shaker, add 25g (1 edge measuring spoon) of Real Hydro Whey powder. Shake until evenly dissolved and consume immediately.
