Usage: start with a period of 5-7 days where up to 1/3 of your body weight in grams is taken per day (eg 20 g-30 g per day for 90 kg). This quantity is divided into a maximum of 10 g portions per day. Consume more than half of this amount per day in the following period. Consume on an empty stomach after training. Creatine is best absorbed when consumed with a high carbohydrate drink. Mix 5 g portion with about 300 ml of drink. One teaspoon with a small pile = 5 g.

Warning: Do not exceed the recommended amounts or take more than 10 g at a time. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Store in a closed jar.
