ICONFIT Chaga or black swallow is popularly known as birch sponge.

Harvested from clean forests in Estonia and ground in Estonia.

For use, mix 0.5-1 teaspoons of powder with hot water, favorite tea or coffee.

ICONFIT Chaga or black swallow is popularly known as birch sponge. Coming from Estonian forests! Chaga has antioxidant properties and an exceptional immune system booster. It grows naturally mainly in the forests of Eastern Europe and Russia, but also in North America, and forms a black sponge on the tree trunk.

Chaga contains a large amount of various B vitamins, flavonoids, phenols, minerals and enzymes. Vitamins B1 and B2 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 helps keep the skin normal. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. In addition, it is one of the richest sources of pantothenic acid in the world - a vitamin needed by both the adrenal glands and the digestive system. Birch sponge promotes the excretion of toxic substances from the body.

USAGE : Mix 0.5-1 teaspoons of powder with hot water, favorite tea or coffee. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes to bring out the beneficial effect. The powder can be added to breakfasts, porridges, smoothies or yoghurts. Herbal teas should be consumed 2-3 cups daily for up to three consecutive weeks in order for their beneficial effects to be seen. It is not recommended to consume too much tea.
