Our Pre Workout is an all-in-one product that gives you extra energy on days when you really need to give it your all, whether it's for a really hard workout, a new personal record or just more motivation for the last training session of the week is going.

Frontrunner Pre Workout contains 100 mg of caffeine and an impressive 1200 mg of the active ingredient L-Citrulline per serving. To give you a real kick, we've added pipernigrum (black pepper) extract. Not too much, but just enough to give you a warm, tingling sensation throughout your body. This might sound a bit strange, but it works!

We're aware it sounds like a dodgy explosive mix, but trust us. We would never dream of offering you anything that we haven't tried ourselves. So, like all our other products, we developed and tested it in our own factory in Denmark.

We could go on for hours (did we drink pre workout?) but we don't want to bore you. So here are the facts:

Composition and application

How to use: We recommend mixing one scoop (approx. 6 grams) with 250-300 ml of water. Drink about 15 minutes before training.
Consume no more than 1 scoop at a time. Not to be taken by children or pregnant women.
