Description

Turmeric has a huge set of benefits for human health. However, it is very poorly absorbed by the body: up to 90% of its active substances are destroyed by the action of digestive enzymes. A turmeric-based product with the addition of black pepper was developed to solve this problem. The black pepper increases the bio-availability of turmeric a hundred times by inactivating aggressive enzymes and ensures the achievement of maximum effects from its intake.

How do the components work?

Turmeric. It has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immunostimulative effect. The intake of turmeric is useful in case of diseases of the joints, bones, spine, inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and digestive organs. The antioxidant contained in the plant, curcumine, influences favorably the cardiovascular system: it reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood, prevents the formation of atherosclerotic plaques and strengthens the walls of the vessels. In addition, turmeric is an excellent choleretic agent: it alleviates the condition of patients with cholelithiasis by improving biliary drainage. Late in life, taking turmeric helps reduce the risk of developing cognitive impairment.
Black pepper. It increases bioavailability, potentiates benefits of turmeric. The piperine, contained in pepper, has a bactericidal effect, reduces appetite and improves mood. A study conducted by scientists at the University of Michigan showed that the prolonged intake of a combination of turmeric and black pepper also reduces the risk of breast cancer.
