Description

Bindii (Lat. Tribulus terrestris) is a medicinal plant, widespread and well-known in Central Asia. It has numerous beneficial properties. Bindii is used in medicine due to the fact that it contains unique substances. The steroid compounds that can be found in the roots and flowers of bindii support the peristaltic function of the intestine and contribute to the cleansing of the body from accumulated toxins.

It contains flavonoids – compounds that thin the blood effectively, thereby preventing clogging of blood vessels and the formation of blood clots.

Bindii enhances the synthesis of the hormone luteotropin, which improves the production of female and male sex hormones.

It has a rich chemical composition and contains the following important components:

Potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe)
