How do the components work?

Vitamin B3 (Niacin). Is part of the coenzymes NAD and NADP, involved in energy production. It helps to improve body tone and stimulates mental and physical activity. The main food sources of Niacin are red meat, poultry, fish, yeast and almonds. In small amounts, vitamin B3 can be synthesized from the amino acid tryptophan.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). It serves as an excellent vitamin to improve vigor. Pyridoxine is involved in the exchange of glycogen — a spare carbohydrate, which is deposited mainly in the liver and muscles. With a lack of energy, glycogen breaks down to glucose, which immediately enters the bloodstream. Most vitamin B6 is found in lentils, tuna, pork, egg yolks and sunflower seeds. Additional intake of pyridoxine helps to restore strength, reduce fatigue and improve performance.
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It plays a crucial role in energy exchange. It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system and increases activity and endurance. The only sources of vitamin B12 are animal products: meat, fish, milk and eggs. Plants do not contain cobalamin, so its intake is particularly essential for vegetarians.
