How do the ingredients work?

Calcium. It is the main “construction material” for teeth and skeleton. The mineral is contained in bones in the form of insoluble crystals, that is, hydroxyapatites, adding the necessary rigidity and strength to the tissues. Besides, calcium provides normal blood coagulability. It is involved in muscle contraction/relaxation processes and stimulates energy production in cells.
Vitamin D3. It is an integral component of all BAAs with calcium. Vitamin D3 promotes the accumulation of bone mass, while increasing the absorption of calcium salts in the intestine. Calcitriol is the active form of the vitamin, which is formed in the skin under the influence of ultraviolet rays, so enough time spent in the sun is necessary for its full fixing.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone). It is another vitamin, taking an active part in calcium metabolism. Menaquinone stimulates the formation of hydroxyapatites, increases the strength of bones and prevents the elution of minerals from them.
Magnesium. It perfectly complements the effect of other components of BAA. Magnesium significantly reduces the risk of osteoporosis by keeping calcium and phosphorus in the body. In addition, it plays an important role in the work of the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Studies have shown that an additional intake of magnesium helps cope with the increased irritability, normalizes arterial pressure and the condition of the vessel walls.
Turmeric. This well-known spice contains polyphenol curcumine, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and regenerating properties. Turmeric intake promotes rapid recovery of bones, joints and muscles after physical activities and injuries.
