Thanks to silymarin, milk thistle contributes to cell regeneration, protects and supports liver functions and contributes to liver detoxification. In addition, milk thistle promotes digestion and cleansing of the body, increases the body's physiological resistance to harsh environmental conditions, and contributes to the body's protection against external factors.

Burdock root contributes to blood purification, kidney function and urinary tract functionality. Burdock root also supports digestion and facilitates the digestion of fats.

The anthocyanins contained in blueberries help maintain healthy and functioning mucous membranes in the stomach and small intestine. In addition, blueberries contribute to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins.

INGREDIENTS: Atlantic red seaweed ( Palmaria palmata ), barley grass ( Hordeum vulgare L.) powder, spirulina ( Arthrospira platensis ) powder, freeze-dried wild blueberry ( Vaccinium myrtillus ) berries powder, common dandelion ( Taraxacum officinale ) root powder, burdock root ( Articum Lappa L. ) powder, common milk thistle ( Silybum marianum ) seed extract 20:1 (with 80% silymarin content).

ADMINISTRATION : Take 2-4 tablespoons (a medium-sized heaping tablespoon or heaping teaspoon) daily with water, coconut water, yogurt or juice. If desired, a banana can be added to the detox smoothie to reduce the algae taste. You can also add other fruits, salad leaves and berries of your choice to the smoothie.

Start the administration with a smaller amount (1-2 teaspoons per day) and increase the dose gradually, observing the body's reactions.

In case of side effects and discomfort associated with the cleanse, use a lower dose that is suitable for your body. In case of diarrhea, reduce the amount until stabilization and then gradually increase the dose.

Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. The food supplement is not used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
