Description

Vitamin D3 is a necessary vitamin during the autumn-winter period, especially for the poor northern population of Northern Europe. Vitamin D3 supports the building of the immune system, bones and teeth, and the normal functioning of the nervous system and metabolism. Suitable for use by the whole family, from newborn to adulthood, 1 drop is 400IU.

Liquid and fat-soluble vitamin D is the basis for 3,000 different important processes in the body.

Vitamin D3 is:

supporter of immunity,
the best protection for the skeleton,
necessary for calcium absorption.

The main function of vitamin D is to ensure the absorption of calcium from nutrients and its transport to the bones. When vitamin D is low in the blood, it is difficult for the body to absorb calcium.

Vitamin D3 produced in Estonia is based on hemp seed oil. Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) is derived from lanolin produced from wool. Vitamin D3 in liquid form is bottled in a glass bottle.

NB! Vitamin D levels can be measured in a private medical laboratory or by visiting a family doctor.

Less than 25 nmol / l - severe deficiency
25-50 nmol / l - deficiency
50 - 75 nmol / l - slight deficiency
75 - 100 nmol / l - "normal"
100 - 175 nmol / l - optimal
Over 250 nmol / l - overdose

INGREDIENTS: hemp seed oil ( first cold press ), vitamin D3 ( colecalciferol, wool lanolin ).

ALLERGENS: None

ADMINISTRATION: Shake before use. 1-10 drops (400IU-4000IU) per day or as recommended by your therapist or doctor. Talk to your doctor if you are taking medicines or if you are pregnant.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
NB! It is important to avoid contact of the pipette with the mucous membranes of the mouth and tongue during administration!
Apply the product so that the pipette does not come into contact with the mucous membranes of the mouth or drip onto a spoon.
Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Recommended dosing period: year-round

Infants 0-3a al. From 2 weeks of age, 1 drop of 400 IU (10 mcg).
Children 3-12 years 2 drops of 800IU (20 mcg).
Children 12-18 years 3 drops of 1200IU (30 mcg).
Adults up to 10 drops of 4000IU (100 mcg).

NB! Without sunscreen in the sun, the skin produces vitamin D for the first 15-20 minutes, then the skin starts to brown and vitamin D production stops. During this time, the body absorbs about 15-20,000 IU (375-500 mcg) of vitamin D, and when exposed to enough sunlight, the normal level of vitamin D in the blood is 150 -230 nmol / l.
