Iron complex with Estonian strong nettle and important vitamins perfectly support the creation of your blood. Iron, nettle, vitamin C, B12 and folate together help to reduce your fatigue and exhaustion.

Nettle can be considered a local superfood: it contains five times more vitamin C than the same amount of orange. Nettle also contains large amounts of vitamins A and E, group B vitamins, biotin, folic acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, silicon, manganese, zinc, copper, cobalt, nickel, chromium, fluorine, boron and bromine. Nettle is a food that promotes an alkaline reaction in the body. Powerful nettle gives strength and cleans the blood, strengthens hematopoiesis and improves blood clotting - it is used when the blood indicators are bad and tiredness plagues.

The iron diglycinate contained in the product together with bioactive vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and the transport of oxygen in the body. Folate contributes to tissue growth in a woman's body during pregnancy.

NB! The cause of iron deficiency anemia may not be a lack of iron, but rather B12, folic acid/folate or vitamin C, which promotes iron absorption.

Ferroschel ® diglycinate is a strong iron supplement that is very well tolerated by the digestive tract. Ecosh iron is safe for use by pregnant women, lactating women, teenagers and adults. Unlike most iron supplements, it does not cause constipation or stomach upset.

The daily recommendation for iron is 10-15 mg, the therapeutic and maximum dose for iron deficiency is 50 mg. The therapeutic dose is determined by a doctor or a therapist in the relevant field.
